Just returned from another great stay!

​

Recently connected to the power grid, the house is ALIVE! The refrigerator is cold, the fans are spinning and the house is wired for A/C and all the other appliances one needs.

A gas-powered generator is included in case of power outages. A new pressure tank and automated water system supplies fresh groundwater from the larger of two wells. The smaller well is powered by solar and is sufficient for daily domestic use.

 

The latest improvements in this evolution of love and labor are the open terrace/outside living space and the completion of the master bath - including a bathtub to soak in!

Affordable local help is available for any task you may not wish to do yourself including ongoing maintenance of the gardens as well as any further custom improvements.

 

The owner/builders have demonstrated enormous passion throughout the development and are now motivated to pass the torch of pride to those like-minded, adventurous, and appreciative buyers.
